30-day returns with free return shipping

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order. This applies to MOVO products, including discounted products. MOVO pays the return shipping cost, including returns for a change of mind, and does not charge a restocking fee.

Contact hello@movobags.com with your order reference or proof of purchase. Once we have arranged your return, we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Contacting us helps us arrange the label; our prior approval is not a condition for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer buying online, you may withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. If goods from one order are delivered separately, the period starts when the last item is received.

To withdraw, send us an unequivocal statement of your decision by email to hello@movobags.com or by post to the return address above before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the model form below, but it is not compulsory. Send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 calendar days after notifying us of withdrawal. MOVO bears the return shipping cost and provides a prepaid label.

You may handle and inspect the goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You are only responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose. Original packaging is recommended for safe transport but is not a condition of the statutory right of withdrawal.

We will reimburse payments received, including the cost of standard outbound delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after being informed of your withdrawal. Additional costs from choosing delivery more expensive than our least costly standard delivery are not reimbursed. We use the same payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no refund fee. Unless we offer to collect the goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Additional commercial returns: days 15–30

Our additional commercial return period extends the time to request a return to 30 calendar days after receipt. For a request made after the statutory withdrawal period, the product must be unused, with its tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. These additional conditions do not restrict statutory withdrawal or rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.

For these commercial returns, we will let you know after receipt and inspection whether the return meets the conditions. Once approved, we will refund the original payment method within 10 business days. Your payment provider may need additional time to show the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us. Return shipping remains free and no restocking fee applies.

Damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, or does not conform to the contract, contact us so that we can resolve the issue. Your statutory rights to conformity and the remedies provided by applicable law remain unaffected; they are not limited to our 30-day commercial return period.

Exchanges and gift cards

To exchange an eligible item, contact us to arrange a return and then place a separate order for the replacement. Gift cards are excluded from the additional commercial return offer, without affecting any mandatory rights that apply.
